The man behind the slogan Secretary Ramon "Mon" Jimenez Jr. But, it was created by advertising firm BBDO Guerrero|Proximity Philippines and according to DOT Secretary Ramon "Mon" Jimenez Jr., the slogan answers the fundamental question, 'Why the Philippines?'."
