Getting a Kick Start Today

I've been hibernating for three months now. And, it is too painful to realize that being a couch potato is really unproductive. Just watching TV the whole day and always wondering what's next. For some this is enjoyable but I am used to work all day long and getting busy. I don't like the feeling of waiting and worrying what will happen to me (the future) while sitting in front the television set. I know for sure some share the same feeling. You get the habit of getting started and do something and then getting too tired of thinking how to get started -- procrastinating. The "how", "what" and "when" to kick start and go on. 

But then I realize I can do better. I think the sense of empowerment plays a huge part in getting out of the dark and step into the light and get started. I know it is hard to getaway from the shadows having low self-esteem. It crossed my mind that I have my family and friends who believes in me. Since I always wanted everything to be perfect I ended up getting frustrated. I always compare myself to others but I realized I don't have to compete with others but myself. 

I just need to step up and have a kick start, think positive, and enjoy the roller-coaster-ride of life. Not tomorrow, not next year but hit start today.

Yet Again, It's Party Time!

It's Christmas time but then again new things come out every year.

Bizpro spends party at Amrei Hotel. This is the first that the people of Bizpro dresses up for the party. The ladies surprises us especially because they dressed up to the nines. Berna and Raymund host the entire night.

As usual four teams, contend in rivalry, show their collective ideas through presentations that will exhibit camaraderie and team work. All efforts were acknowledged but only one team can stand out and bag the first prize.


The "Valspar Team" performs as the first group. They claimed as lady bunnies by having rabbit ears which resemble playboy insignia. They wear sexy black shorts and black sleeveless tops with neck ties adding up a foxiness look. Ramona dressed up again as Beyonce Knowles to add color and spice to their group. As expected, the crowd goes wild when Ramona performs. Acting out as in concerts is quite easy for him. He usually carries the group's performance. Loida, Irene C., Thea, Sherry, Eva, Sweenie and Emelyn complete the group.

If this is a beauty contest they could have won first prize.


In a medley, the "Tuners Team" dances as second in line - Janice, Aireen, Jill, Joan, Anne and Gennilyn. Nothing fancy were portrayed by this team instead they sported their new sexy dresses and wear santa's red hat to signify a christmas theme. Their rhythmical steps are sexier than the other groups not because this team has the most "dancers" but because of "attitude".


The group dubbed as the "Admin Team" performs next. This group overturns the other performing teams with their props and unexpected performer - Maryo Caryo. As with the Valspar Team, Ramona dominates the stage. But as with the Admin, Job conquers the stage. Marja, Tina, Berna, Irene O. and Dane synch as a group.


The last but not least performer is the "IETL Team". This time the room is filled with laughters and grins caused by the extraordinary presentation of the group. The team did not go on live this time instead they got a video presentation. It starred the new members of the team. Basically, it depicts more or less the life in Bizpro through the years. It was the most entertaining presentation video during that night. It shows the ingenuity of the group - Ely, Jesus, JL, Webb, Ronald, Rolly, Joyzel and Archie.

Party 'till dawn!

It's been a long year since our last Christmas Party.

December 15, 2007 -- As usual, everybody's late. Our call time was supposed to be 6pm at Bob's Homesite but some came in 8pm. Yes, Ma'am Tweet and Sir Francis waited 2 hours for us. Salute to our Bosses they came in on time! Anyways, our party started with a prayer lead by Mr. Boojie Ong 'The Emcee'. As expected he made a very touching spiel (I mean prayer) and speech at the same time. After that we ate dinner. The food is good. The 'lechon' is great! Then the raffle came in after and everybody got their gifts - stand fans, oven toasters and I don't know what else they got. Hehehe! Everyone was happy.



Everyone never thought that Rihanna was really coming. She/he danced and sung for us together with her/his back up dancers in the tune of Umbrella ella ella aye... under my umbrella...

Everyone was surprised and confused? They quickly grabbed their cameras and cellphones to get pictures of Rihanna. Actually it was Ramon our officemate danced for us. He really wore a backless blouse and a wig. It was fun! It was funny actually. Hilarious! Hehehe! We then had games composed of three teams. The first game was a disaster. The teams cheated. Every member of the team should fill up their respective bottle of San Mig Light with water using a spoon. I'm not sure what was the second game but I can still remember the third game. We can call it 'put-your-fore-finger-in-the-bottle-game'. The name is too long but the mechanics are simple. The boys created a circle with the bottles just below their 'PP' as 'The Emcee' called it and the girls just have to put their fingers when the music stops.

But here comes the grand prize. It was time for our grand winner of an Ipod nano 4gb. I remember last year I almost got an ipod shuffle. So I waited until the time my name was called out as a new Ipod owner. Yes, you're right I got the gadget this time. Yeheey!

We partied 'till dawn.
